Service scope

Agintel provides agriculture intelligence products, including newsletters, reports, PDFs, and analyst commentary for informed decision support.

No investment or trading advice

Agintel content is informational and analytical in nature. It does not constitute investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. Users remain solely responsible for their own decisions.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions renew according to your selected plan unless cancelled. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly agreed in writing.

Permitted use

Access is for internal business use by the subscribing entity. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish Agintel reports externally without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Harvesting India Pvt Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of Agintel services.
